Low Price Guarantee

At Cheap-Chic Décor we work very hard to give you “the look for less”. We take into consideration the purchase price as well as shipping charges when determining price. If you should find another on line retailer selling the same item for less, we will gladly match their price or refund the difference if you have already paid. Please read through our Low Price Guarantee guidelines carefully:

1. We evaluate your total purchase price against our competitor’s total purchase price. Total purchase price = cost of merchandise + shipping charges.
   
2. Many retailers run “sales” for a limited time. It is for this reason that we will only accept competitor’s prices within 2 weeks of your purchase from us.
   
3. Price must be specific to that item, not a storewide percent off, dollar amount off or free shipping for a dollar amount spent.
   
4. Items found at auction or re-sale outlets are excluded.
   
5. If you find an item for a lower price, please e-mail us at info@cheapchicdecor.com with:
   • Order number or name and phone number if no order has been placed
     
   • Our item number of product in question
     
   • Our item description
     
   • Our price and shipping charge
     
   • Competitor’s name
     
   • Competitor’s item number
     
   • Competitor’s price and shipping charge
     
   • Copy of competitor’s ad or link to their site
     
6. Please allow 14 business days for us to evaluate your information.
