Shipping

• Our orders will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Products sent directly from our suppliers may take longer and will be noted on the product detail page.
  
• We ship using FedEx, UPS or Truck Delivery and reserve the right to determine the carrier. Typical in transit times are approximately 3-5 business days.
  
• We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
  
• We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
  
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  
• Some items can be shipped to Canada, please e-mail us at info@cheapchicdecor.com and let us know the product and your city and postal code. We will send you back a shipping quote.
  
  

Truck Deliveries

• If your item is oversized, it will be delivered by a trucking company.
  
• All items requiring truck deliveries are clearly noted on the product detail page.
  
• The trucking company will not make a delivery without calling first to schedule an appointment during weekday business hours.
  
• All truck deliveries are curbside, please be prepared to move your merchandise into your home. The driver will not take it to your front door or garage.
  
• Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note any damages to the box or contents on the driver’s copy of the invoice.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges go hand in hand with internet shopping. We believe that there is value and convenience when shopping on line and unfortunately shipping is the added cost for that value and convenience. We charge you fairly for the shipping and costs we incur when shipping your product. There are many items on our website that we are proud to be able to offer FREE Shipping. For all other items:

• We know that shipping adds to the cost of your purchase. In order to consider your total financial commitment, we have a shipping calculator on our shopping cart page for your convenience in estimating shipping.
  
• Shipping rates charged are per item.
  
• Whenever possible, we will combine items into one box to help reduce your shipping charges. In order to do this, the items must be shipping from the same warehouse and we must assess the safety of your products if combined.
• If you have already paid us and we are able to combine your items, we will refund the difference if it is significant.

Sales Tax

Cheap-Chic Décor charges sales tax of 8.625% for merchandise ordered on this website that ships to customers residing in New York State.

Items out of Stock

Cheap-Chic Décor maintains a warehouse of first quality products from several home décor companies. In addition, we also offer for sale products that are shipped to our customers directly from our distributor’s warehouse. While we make every effort to insure that the merchandise we sell on this website is not backordered, there may be occasions when there will be a delay due to a backorder. If you purchase an item that has been placed on back order, you will be notified immediately of the estimated delivery date and given the option of waiting for your shipment or an immediate refund if you prefer not to wait.

Cancellations or Refused Shipments

Although we quote our shipping time as 3-5 business days, we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, that can mean that an item may ship the same day it is ordered! If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@cheapchicdecor.com and we will be happy to cancel your order if it has not been processed. If your order has shipped, our normal return policy will go into effect.
